About Latermoor
We believe retirement planning works best when information is simply available to everyone
Founded in Bangkok with a clear purpose — to make retirement readiness information accessible, plain, and calm to navigate.
← Back to HomeOur Story
Started by a question most people face alone
Latermoor was established in Bangkok after its founders noticed a recurring pattern: people approaching retirement age often had access to plenty of information online, but very little of it was organised, plain, or situated in the Thai context. The result was uncertainty — not because information was scarce, but because it was scattered and hard to follow.
The name Latermoor reflects a quiet landscape — open, unhurried, navigable. That is the experience we aim to create for each person who works with us. We do not offer advice on what to do with your money, your pension, or your plans. What we do offer is a clearer map of where things are.
Since opening our offices on Charoen Nakhon Road, we have helped hundreds of individuals and dozens of organisations across Bangkok find their footing with retirement-related information and document organisation.
Mission
To make retirement readiness information in Thailand accessible, organised, and easy to act on — for anyone who needs it, at whatever stage they are at.
Vision
A Thailand where no working person reaches retirement without having had the opportunity to understand, at a basic level, what the process involves and where to find authoritative guidance.
Values
Clarity over complexity. Respect for the client's autonomy. Plain language always. No pressure, no sales, no agenda beyond the information itself.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
No advice given, ever
All materials and sessions are strictly informational. We do not tell clients what decisions to make, which products to choose, or what actions to take with their finances or documents.
Data handled with care
Any personal information shared during sessions or on enquiry forms is stored securely, used only for service delivery, and never passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Written materials reviewed regularly
Our First Steps Guide and B2B materials are reviewed at least twice a year to ensure references to official sources, institutions, and general processes remain current and accurate.
Neutral and impartial
We do not receive referral fees, commissions, or any form of compensation from financial institutions, pension providers, or any other third parties. Our information is independent.
Clear communication at every stage
From the first enquiry to the final session, we aim to explain what we do, what we do not do, and what clients can expect — without vague language or complex jargon.
Accessibility first
Materials are designed to be understood by anyone, regardless of their background in finance or administration. Plain language is not a shortcut — it is our main quality standard.
Retirement Readiness Information in Bangkok
A steady reference point for people planning ahead
Latermoor works with individuals and organisations across Bangkok and the wider Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Our resources cover the common stages of retirement planning in Thailand, including understanding the Social Security Fund, provident funds, and related personal paperwork. We point clients toward official Thai government sources — such as the Social Security Office and the Revenue Department — and help them understand how to navigate those systems.
For employers, the Workplace Readiness Partnership offers a structured, non-advisory way to fulfil a duty of care to staff approaching the later stages of their working lives. Our approach is grounded in the belief that general retirement readiness information should be easy to find, easy to understand, and respectful of the client's ability to make their own choices.
