1. Definitions

- "User", "you", "your" — any person accessing this website or using a Latermoor service
- "Service" — the First Steps Information Guide, Document Coaching Sessions, Workplace Readiness Partnership, and any related materials
- "Content" — all text, documents, materials, and other information provided by Latermoor
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
3. Service Description and Scope
Latermoor provides general, non-advisory retirement readiness information services. Our services are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations. Nothing in our services constitutes a recommendation to take any specific financial or legal action.
Services are available to individuals and organisations primarily located in Bangkok and the wider Thailand region. Remote delivery may be available on request.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Where a service has been purchased, we will provide reasonable notice and a proportional refund if delivery cannot be fulfilled.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making enquiries or purchasing services
- Use our content for personal or internal organisational purposes only
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written consent
- Not use our website for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
All decisions you make based on information received from Latermoor remain your sole responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser, legal adviser, or other qualified professional before making any significant financial or legal decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Latermoor — including guides, session notes, facilitation materials, website text, and design — is the intellectual property of Latermoor and is protected under applicable Thai copyright and intellectual property law.
We grant purchasers of our services a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for the purpose for which they were purchased. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). The current pricing is:
- First Steps Information Guide: ฿3,500
- Document Coaching Sessions: ฿8,400 per engagement
- Workplace Readiness Partnership: ฿33,500 per organisation
Payment is due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as confirmed at the time of purchase.
Refunds: If you wish to cancel a service purchase before delivery has commenced, please contact us within 7 days of payment. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Once delivery has begun, refunds are not available except at our discretion. Printed guides that have been posted cannot be returned.
7. Service Delivery Terms
For the First Steps Information Guide: digital PDF is delivered within one working day of confirmed payment. Printed booklets are dispatched within 3–5 working days to Bangkok addresses.
For Document Coaching Sessions: sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement within a reasonable timeframe following payment. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is permitted. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of one session.
For the Workplace Readiness Partnership: timelines are confirmed in writing at the outset. Significant scope changes requested after work has begun may incur additional charges, agreed in advance.
8. Disclaimers
Our services and content are provided for general informational purposes only. Latermoor makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continued currency of any information provided.
Nothing provided by Latermoor constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a regulated financial service provider under Thai law. Reliance on our information without independent professional consultation is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Latermoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our services or reliance on our content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Latermoor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or any action you take based on information provided by us without seeking appropriate professional advice.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by giving written notice. If Latermoor terminates a service before delivery is complete due to a breach of these terms by the user, no refund will be provided. If Latermoor terminates for its own convenience, a proportional refund will be made.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be referred to informal negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Latermoor
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
- No waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that right
- Assignment: Latermoor may assign its rights under these terms. Users may not assign without written consent
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will post a notice on this website.
