What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things like your preferences or whether you have already accepted a notice, so you do not have to repeat yourself on each visit.
Cookies do not run programmes or carry viruses. They simply hold a small amount of data that helps the site work as you would expect. You remain in full control of how cookies are used on your device.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies keep the website functioning correctly. They manage your session, remember your cookie preferences, and ensure basic security. Without them, the site cannot operate as intended.
Always active. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited most often. The information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It helps us improve content and structure over time.
Examples: page views, session duration, navigation paths.
Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be used to show relevant information about Latermoor on other platforms you visit. They track whether you arrived via a particular link or advertisement.
Examples: referral tracking, ad performance measurement.
Preference Cookies
These remember settings you have chosen, such as your preferred language or whether you have dismissed certain notices. They make your return visits more comfortable.
Examples: language selection, notice dismissal state.
Your Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which optional cookies you are comfortable with. Your choices are stored on your device and apply across the site. Use the buttons below to accept all, reject optional ones, or save your current selection.
Third-Party Services
Some features on this site involve third-party services that may place their own cookies. These include:
- Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors navigate the site. Subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — used to display our office location. The embedded map may store a session cookie when loaded.
- Social platforms — if you share or follow links to social media from this site, those platforms may set cookies subject to their own terms.
We do not control third-party cookies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
How Long Cookies Last
Session Cookies
These exist only while your browser is open. Once you close the browser, they are removed automatically. They carry no data between visits.
Persistent Cookies
These remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them manually. Most preference and analytics cookies last between 30 days and 12 months.
